On Saturday, September 20th, 2008 T.A.S.E. hosted the 35th Anniversary Reunion Dinner at MCAS Miramar Officer's Club. Over 100 current and former SWAT/SED team members, spouses and dates attended. Sheriff Kolender was in attendance as were Don Hacklander from SD Police Equipment and Grant Kyle from Mar-Vel International, who helped sponsor the event. Phil Brust acted as MC and everyone enjoyed the video and slideshows produced by Randy Grimm. Former SWAT member Rich Richardson was remembered by Gordy Brooke and the Roll of Honor was called by Al Guerin during the annual memorial ceremony.
